THE ROLE:

THE ROLE:
FloSports is looking for a full-time customer service oriented IT Systems Analyst I or II, who is ready to grow their technical skillset, and start building and owning processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE ROLE:

THE ROLE:

This role will work closely with the Global Partnership Managers to collect necessary data, manage partnership metrics, coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide overall client service support. This role is based in Austin, TX and reports into a Director, Global Partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely and regularly with a team of Global Partnership Managers and a Global Partnership Director
Assist in event data collection from partners and communicate effectively to ensure data is complete, analyzed and shared to meet deadlines
Conduct basic research on teams, athletes, and events to help inform stats, storylines, and on-air talking points across major events such as UCA & UDA College Nationals, The MAJORS, CHEERSPORT Nationals, NCA All-Star Nationals, and more.
Assist with organizing and preparing assets for live event coverage - including graphics, videos, and supporting materials.
Support quality checks on visual assets to ensure they are consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
Contribute to event prep by updating project trackers, collecting key information, and assist with talent coordination to support smooth production execution.
Assist in creating season end close outs to build on successes and bring feedback to teams to drive improvements across the company
Evaluate current processes, propose and implement adjustments that will improve efficiency, and measure success of all changes implemented
Ensure processes are clearly documented, socialized and adopted
Occasional travel for in-person meetings, trainings and/or to support partner events
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the flexibility to comfortably navigate ambiguity
Demonstrate ability to find solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and partners
Experience with commonly used software within the department (Salesforce, data analytics tools, Excel, Google Sheets)
Sports knowledge and experience within sports industries are plusses
Must be available January - April 2026.

THE ROLE:
FloSports is looking for a full-time customer service oriented IT Systems Analyst I or II, who is ready to grow their technical skillset, and start building and owning processes. The ideal candidate will have the reactionary finesse to pivot on a dime as incidents occur, but the proactive acumen to start planning and working their way up to being a voice at the table, as we grow and develop our department. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong problem solving mindset, is comfortable being taught by others, and takes pride in delivering high quality service to their userbase. They must be ready to improvise in the spur of the moment, but able to do so with grace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
* Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
* Responsible for workstations, printers, servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
* Maintain user workstations, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
* Assist with onboarding of new users.
* Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
* Install, configure, and upgrade workstation software.
* Maintain and support IT A/V and conference hardware
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Associate's Degree preferred but previous experience of working in an IT support role will substitute.
* Previous experience within a customer service role.
* Well-founded best practices for both internal technical documentation, and user facing guides.
* Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Windows and MAC client operating systems as well as various software packages including Google Workspace.
* Excellent IT skills and computer literacy.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
* Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
* Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative.
* Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision.
* Familiarity with ticketed issue tracking, Jira preferred
* Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA's.
* Experience with corporate office environments, and direct executive interactions
* A baseline of knowledge regarding A/V, conferencing, and meeting technology.
