Required Qualifications:

Job DescriptionAbout the RoleFlow Station is a new cafe that exists inside the Flow Experience Center. We are looking for experienced and passionate Cafe Attendants to add life to our space featuring our own coffee blends & health-forward meals. We will be the neighborhood's source for all things healthy and delicious, offering coffee, tea, and a selection of quality prepared foods and pastries.
As a Cafe Attendant, you will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will collaborate with management to serve menus that celebrate seasonality and consistency while upholding elevated service standards and fostering teamwork through a culture of mutual respect and exceptional morale.
The ideal candidate will help craft delicious beverages and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with Flow's wellness-focused community.Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including drip coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty options
Prepare serve seasonal small plates
Assisting customers with inquiries about menu selections

Processing customer payments
Monitor inventory for café and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins, and cups
Maintain inventory levels by ordering coffee cups, coffee, milk, and food products in a timely manner, ensuring our stock is always replenished
Stay informed about trends and events in the wellness space, including Flow Events and Immersion programs.
Engage customers with relevant information and promote our offerings
Set up and take out outdoor furniture as needed, ensuring it is safe and comfortable for guests
Consistently straighten and arrange chairs and tables to maintain café cleanliness , addressing areas that may be overlooked
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Be knowledgeable about and actively sell Flow merchandise, engaging customers with enthusiasm and providing insights about the products
Ideal Background:
A minimum of 2 years of barista, café attendant, restaurant, bakery, or farm to table experience
Experience working in an upscale craft coffee shop, bakery, or restaurant with a focus on single origin, seasonal, and artisanal ingredients
Involvement with new store openings, systems implementation, developing culture strongly preferred
Excellent communication and basic skills
A valid Food Handler's certificate and HPC are preffered

About the Role:The Leasing Specialist will show model units to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and serve as a point of contact for prospects and residents to field questions and address concerns. This position will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals. They will also remain informed about current market conditions and competitor performance that may impact the community's occupancy and financial results. The Leasing Specialist will report directly to the Leasing Manager and/or Community Manager.

Responsibilities:
Maintain extensive knowledge of apartment availability, current residents, lease expiration schedules, and amenity offerings.
Execute digital and physical marketing initiatives to drive external traffic to the property.
Ensure that the property remains in tour-ready condition at all times.
Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and show model apartments.
Communicate with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction by writing follow-up emails, sending thank-you notes, and making telephone calls to solidify tours and finalize decisions to lease/renew.
Process applications, review credit screenings, background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
Provide assistance during lease signings, ensure smooth resident move-ins, and facilitate seamless transitions for new residents.
Execute and perform activities in support of the property's lease renewal program by delivering lease renewal letters and packages for residents, contacting renewing residents 90-60 days in advance of move-out dates, and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
Respond quickly and courteously to resident questions/concerns and take prompt action to solve problems. This requires the ability to remain calm and respectful during conflict resolution.
Perform daily inspections and communicate with the facilities team regularly to ensure that the tour path, model units, amenities, and leasing office meet the tour readiness standard at all times.
Leverage on-site property management software (CRM, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, monitor lease expiration schedules, record traffic and leasing activities, and ensure accurate resident data capture.
Design and execute off-site marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook, e-mail, and other websites), and following other property-specific marketing plans.
Complete various accounting, financial, and administrative reports as necessary.
Represent the property and the company professionally through dress and behavior.
This role requires weekend and holiday availability, as providing the best experience for our current and future tenants means being present during those times.
Ideal Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
1+ years of experience in Class A high-rise multifamily leasing preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required
Familiarity with Yardi & Blue Moon preferred
Canva experience preferred

About the RoleAs a Condo Maintenance Technician, your primary role will be to ensure the proper maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of facilities.
