This position is responsible for all activities that occur within the manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager is responsible for managing the short term and long-term operations of his/her plant to ensure that the plant delivers on the expected product quality and output.

Responsible for plant operations activities at an individual plant site, with the following functions:

* Control costs of material, direct/indirect labor, and equipment in accordance to outlined budget, and eliminate waste in the plant (e.g., scrap, downtime, changeovers, shortage, etc.)
* Manage day-to-day local planning adjustments and execution of the central plan, primarily focusing on production scheduling.
* Supervise engineering on-site design and supporting construction, operation, improvement and maintenance of manufacturing assets, technologies, and processes.
* Within scope of responsibility, ensures that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and maintained for all functions at the plant.
* Understand, coach and teach the principles of Flowers corporate initiatives including BOF implementation, ERP+ and operational discipline.
* Build an organization that is customer focused, flexible, and has a strong business acumen.
* Develop a collaborative and engaged workforce through the adoption of consistent and fair policies, effective communication and an environment of openness and two-way communication with all team members.
* Partner with the Human Resources Department to develop a succession plan while supporting policy development, employee development, employee engagement and retention

· Pick up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and deposit ingredients into hopper machine. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.

About the Role:
The Roaster is responsible for operating all equipment in the Roasting Department.
•Roast and blend coffees to specifications.
•Follows blending procedures, learn safe operation of all equipment, roast terminology, roast levels, cleaning maintenance of equipment.
•Identifies roasted and green coffees by sight, green and roasted defects, sample roasts to proper roast levels, properly set up coffee tasting for the purpose of evaluation.
•Identifies and describe cup characteristics of roasted coffee using standard cupping procedures.
•Operate all equipment in Roasting Department.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on a day's swing/continental 2-2-3 shift, which operates from 6:00am to 6:30pm.

About the Role:
As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Northlake, TX, plant, a manufacturer of quality coffee. Your role will directly impact the success of the site by overseeing all sanitation within the facility. This role ensures compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations, while fostering a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sanitation workers, including assigning day to day tasks and ensuring targets and schedules are met.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality and sanitation protocols and company policies during all processes.
* Conduct training and development programs for new hires and existing staff to maintain skill levels.
* Monitor and evaluate worker performance and provide constructive feedback, including corrective actions as needed.
* Oversee all cleaning and basic repair activities in compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Monitor and accurately document sanitation activities.
* Actively participate in Food Safety & Quality continuous improvement processes and serve as a subject matter expert in sanitation operations.
* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to conduct audits and improve and enhance food safety and sanitation standards.
Important Details:
* This is a full-time, on-site role on Third Shift, Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.
