R. Scott Rowe, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2017. Prior to joining Flowserve, Mr. Rowe served as President of the Cameron Group, a position he assumed in April 2016 following the merger between Schlumberger and Cameron International Corporation, formerly a NYSE-listed leading provider of flow management equipment, systems and services to the worldwide oil and gas industry. At Cameron, Mr. Rowe served in a variety of progressive roles during his 14-year career, culminating as its President and CEO. Before joining Cameron in 2002, Rowe was with Varco International and previously served in the U.S. Army.

Keith E. Gillespie, has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Sales Officer since October 2016. In this capacity, he has responsibility for selling and commercial operations activities of the Company. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Strategy Officer of the Company from May 2015 to October 2016 with responsibility for corporate strategy, research and development, corporate development and marketing at the Company. Before joining the Company, he was Managing Director at AlixPartners from 2002 to 2015, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s Business and Consumer Services Practice and the firm’s Growth and Strategy Practice, as well as business improvement efforts at global companies across multiple sectors. Prior to AlixPartners, he served in various senior executive roles at McKinsey & Company, i2 Technologies, and TenFold Corporation.

Ms. Schwetz joins Flowserve having been the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Peabody (NYSE: BTU), a leading global pure-play coal company serving power and steel customers in more than 25 countries on six continents. Throughout her 14-year career at Peabody, she served in roles of increasing responsibility including vice president, capital and financial planning; vice president, investor relations; senior vice president finance - Australia; and for the past four years, chief financial officer. Prior to her tenure at Peabody, Ms. Schwetz spent eight years in various roles at Ernst & Young managing audit engagements with public and private companies ranging from $300 million to $10 billion in revenue.

Ms. Schwetz serves on the Board of Directors for Dril-Quip, Inc. (NYSE:DRQ), a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment. Ms. Schwetz earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University and is a certified public accountant.

Elizabeth L. Burger has served as SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2018. Prior to joining Flowserve, Ms. Burger served as Chief Human Resources Officer with Hanesbrands Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer and marketer of everyday basic apparel. Before joining HanesBrands, she worked at Monsanto Company in various roles of increasing responsibility, and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations.

Lanesha T. Minnix has served as SVP, Chief Legal Officer since June 2018. Prior to joining Flowserve, Ms. Minnix served as SVP, General Counsel for BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. (“BMC”), a leading provider of diversified building products and services. Prior to joining BMC, Ms. Minnix was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for ABM Industries Incorporated (“ABM”), a Fortune 500 facility solutions company. Before her tenure with ABM, Ms. Minnix held roles with increasing responsibility at both Royal Dutch Shell/Shell Oil Company and Sprint Corporation. Ms. Minnix began her career as a corporate associate at the law firm of K&L Gates.

Scott Vopni works at Arthur Andersen LLP and a VP/Chief Accounting Officer at FLOWSERVE CORP. He has worked as VP/Corporate Controller at DEAN FOODS CO, Senior VP:IR/Chief Acctg Ofcr at DEAN FOODS CO, and Senior VP:Finance/Interim CFO/CAO at DEAN FOODS CO. Scott works or has worked at PFSWEB INC and Brinker International and works or has worked as Controller at Pegasus Solutions Inc and Senior VP/Chief Acctg Officer at Pegasus Solutions Inc.
