Role Summary:The SAP Service‑to‑Repair (STR) Business Analyst supports and enhances Flowserve's STR processes in SAP. The role partners with North American QRCs/service centers, sales, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to gather requirements, document process flows, assist with configuration and testing, and drive user adoption. This position helps deliver an improved customer experience across aftermarket service and repair. Onsite in Irving or Houston TX when not travelling. This role is responsible for material and inventory control as well as supply chain management. The Supply Chain Manager oversees all aspects of material flow and ensures accuracy and control over inventory, including transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost management, warehousing, receiving, and shipping, to guarantee timely fulfillment of customer orders. The Service Execution Specialist plays a crucial role to the Lifecycle Services Rapid Response Center service model, managing nearly every aspect of customer orders. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Technical Lead** to oversee the implementation phase, support activities, and continuous improvement of our **Valve Condition Monitoring (VCM)** data collection models. This strategic global and hands-on role is responsible for supporting global teams, sustaining existing service contracts, and leading the development and deployment of secure data collection solutions.
