Fluence Labs is hiring a Lead Digital Radiographer (ASNT RT III) for a full-time travel-based role across the U.S. If you've got deep DR experience, sharp problem-solving skills, and want to work on the most advanced inspections in the industry - this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
Interpret and evaluate digital radiographs (DR) of aerospace castings
Perform internal audits on RT personnel
Provide training to a team of RT II technicians
Perform process control checks
Deliver detailed inspection documentation to stakeholders
Operate independently on high-profile client sites
Travel nationwide 100% of the time
Must-Have Qualifications
ASNT RT III or equivalent
5+ years of NDT experience
Strong autonomous work ethic; self-directed problem-solver
Skilled in NDT acquisition/evaluation software
Competence with standards like ASTM, ASME, AWS
U.S. Citizen or equivalent

About this Role:
The Director of Customer Operations will be the strategic and technical backbone of the Customer Organization, responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scale across the entire customer journey. This role directly manages the systems, data, processes, and programs that enable our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to maximize customer value and drive advocacy. What You'll Be Working On:
You will lead the strategy and execution across four critical operational verticals:
1. Customer Enablement and Adoption

Advocacy Tooling: Design and deploy systems and processes for customer reference programs, testimonials, and case studies, specifically by implementing tooling for the customer to drive advocacy and maximize the pool of satisfied promoters.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Cloud Operations, or Support leadership, ideally in IaaS, AI infrastructure, or enterprise cloud environments.
Proven track record building or scaling Customer Operations in a fast-growth technical setting.
Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (GPU, compute, networking, storage) and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and SRE teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills - capable of translating complex operational data into clear insights for executive audiences.

Responsibilities
Ownership of all record verification, qualification, and certification of NDT personnel at Fluence Labs
Design, implement & maintain a certification scheme for Fluence Labs in the methods for which you are qualified
Design, implement & maintain a milestone based training scheme for Fluence Labs in the methods for which you are qualified
Design, implement & maintain an internal audit scheme for Fluence Labs
Develop and deliver advanced nondestructive evaluation inspection solutions
Travel to customer sites throughout the United States as required
