What You'll Do:
Brand Direction & Strategy
Maintain, evolve, and iterate on Fluent's brand identity, voice, and visual systems with a strong B2B lens.
Establish and update brand guidelines that support consistency and scalability across teams.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand direction aligns with company strategy and B2B market positioning.
Identify opportunities to modernize and innovate how the brand engages with business audiences.
Creative Asset Development
Design and produce marketing assets including B2B campaign creative (email, social, paid media, content marketing), website visuals, and demand-gen collateral.
Develop sales enablement and thought-leadership materials tailored to enterprise and business audiences.
Build creative concepts for campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and conversions in a B2B context.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and video partners to deliver cohesive narratives.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor junior designers, providing clear feedback, growth opportunities, and creative direction.
Help shape workflows and set standards that raise the quality bar across the design team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the creative and brand partner across Marketing, Product, and other teams as needed.

Design Systems & Workflow

Continuously refine QA, feedback loops, and creative workflows to maximize output quality.
Requirements
8 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and brand design, ideally in high-growth environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic brand systems and high-quality design execution across B2B campaigns.
Experience managing and mentoring junior designers, with a leadership style that is collaborative, clear, and supportive.
Expert in professional design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong ability to create scalable, marketing- ready assets in Google Slides and Canva.
Experience leveraging HubSpot for campaign and asset deployment, and Asana (or similar) for creative workflow management
Ability to translate business strategy into brand narratives and creative assets tailored for business audiences.
Exceptional attention to detail, visual storytelling, and consistency across deliverables.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional confidence.

What You'll Do
