Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* BA/BS in Architecture plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years in a leadership role.
* Professional License as Architect (RA, AIA) or Planner (AICP).
Preferred Qualifications:
* 15 years of experience in a leadership role with an Architecture, Engineering or consulting firm focused on Urban cities and transit-oriented projects.
* At least 5 years of recent experience as a proven rainmaker in the Design and Building industries, demonstrating exceptional work-winning capabilities and driving business growth as a key player in business development efforts.
* Strong relationships with regional transit agencies.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Strong vision, voice, and work samples that demonstrate design excellence.
* Design/Build experience, DBIA certification.
* Proficiency in software: Revit, Autocad, MS Excel, and Word.

**Job Title:** 2 nd Shift Tooling Technician
**Location:** Manor, TX 78653

**Pay:** $34 - $36.05 + $1 shift differential
**Shift:** 2nd shift (2:30PM-10:30PM) plus overtime as needed
**Reports to:** Injection Supervisor

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, fabricate, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures per engineering drawings
- Set up and operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment to produce tooling components
- Perform precision machining and assembly work to tight tolerances using various materials including metals, plastics, and composites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and efficiency
- Inspect finished tools for quality and troubleshoot tooling issues
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop innovative solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of tool designs and processes
- Supporting the launch of both ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
**Requirements:**
- HS diploma or GED required, technical certifications preferred
- 3+ years as a Tool Technician or similar role in manufacturing
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and computerized tooling systems
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling materials, and heat treatment techniques
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication- verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
