We are looking for an enthusiastic mechanical engineering intern to provide support for our Cleveland Mechanical Department. You will have. As a mechanical engineering intern, you will collaborate with our mechanical engineering. This internship will help you acquire engineering skills and provide you with knowledge of various engineering strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in architecture, engineering, and the construction design process. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Collect creative and technical content Support the mechanical engineering team in daily tasks Assist in review of project submittals Help process and distribute engineering materials Assist in creating CAD models and detailed 2D technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Assist with fieldwork and document existing conditions of mechanical/plumbing systems. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering and must have completed at least two years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and plan to continue with a master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most recent school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship. * Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Assist in the production of all phases of the design process. General knowledge in HVAC or MEP Some Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
