Mark Douglas became president and chief executive officer of FMC in June 2020. He has led the company’s commercial, operational and technology organizations as president and chief operating officer of FMC since June 2018. Mr. Douglas was named president of the Agricultural Solutions business in October 2012, after being named president of the Industrial Chemicals Group in 2011. He joined FMC in March 2010 as vice president, Global Operations and International Development. Mr. Douglas was previously with The Dow Chemical Company where he was vice president, president Asia, Dow Advanced Materials. Prior to Dow, he was corporate vice president, president Asia, Rohm and Haas Company, based in Shanghai. During his 21 years with Rohm and Haas, Mr. Douglas held sales, marketing and executive management positions in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Philadelphia.

Mr. Douglas is a director of FMC Corporation and Quaker Houghton. He is also a member of the Crop Life International Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.

Andrew D. Sandifer was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in May 2018. Mr. Sandifer joined FMC in 2010 as Vice President, Strategic Development, with overall responsibility for all Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Planning activities. He was named Vice President, Corporate Transformation in 2014 and led several efforts to transform FMC’s portfolio, including leading the enterprise-wide integration of Cheminova A/S, a global agricultural chemical company acquired by FMC, until being named Treasurer in 2016.

Before joining FMC, Mr. Sandifer was Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, for ARAMARK Corporation. Prior to ARAMARK, Mr. Sandifer spent seven years with Rohm and Haas Company, now part of The Dow Chemical Company, where he held roles in Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and General Management. Earlier in his career Mr. Sandifer spent five years with the Boston Consulting Group and held engineering, operations and technical roles with International Paper and James River Paper companies.

Mr. Sandifer earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Sandifer is a member of the Board of Directors of Philabundance, the leading hunger relief organization in the Delaware Valley, where he serves as Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Germantown Academy.

Kathleen Shelton is a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at FMC CORP and is based in Newark, Delaware. She has worked as Manager of Corporate Regulatory Affairs at DuPont; Global Product Stewardship Manager at DuPont; and Global Science and Technology Director, Crop Protection at DuPont. Kathleen attended University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and University of Notre Dame.

David Kotch is a VP/CIO at FMC CORP. He has worked as Dir:Information Technology at FMC CORP. David attended King's College London and Temple University-of The Commonwealth System of Higher Education.

Diane Allemang is a Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at FMC CORP.
