Cons of working at TechnipFMC

The more you learn the less you they pay you. You are nothing more than a number to them. Each plant seems to have its own rules, benefits, ect.

The CEO and leadership team love to eat the whole pie and take credit.

I would improve FMC culture by giving back a portion of my 15-21million dollar a year salary.

I prepare to interview at FMC by finding out which friend of the hiring manager has applied

My compensation is $4-$6hr below the local average.

What's the diversity at TechnipFMC like?

Pros of working at TechnipFMC

I no longer work there due to being laid off. I enjoyed my time there learning about the oil and gas industry and being able to work on many different types of subsea equipment.

Cons of working at TechnipFMC

I did not like the drive to and from work. Other than that, it was great.
