Job Purpose
The TechnipFMC Houston Internship Program is a 10-12 week long development program that prepares college students for full-time employment in the business upon graduation through exposure to product lines, job functions, and business processes within the organization.
Guided by a manager and mentor, interns will work on value-add projects with tangible objectives and will present their achievements at the end of the summer. Interns will be incorporated into various aspects of the department which may include technical training, office, shop & manufacturing environments, and testing/field operations.
The internship program will also provide opportunities to network, participate in social events, and develop professional skills.
Job Description
This position feeds most of the TechnipFMC teams in Houston, and the interns' responsibilities will differ depending on the department in which they are placed for the summer. The duties of the intern while supporting the department will mimic those of the department. This includes reports, analysis, testing, digitalization and automation, documentation, audits, design, and communication both internally and externally where appropriate.

Internship Program Qualifications:
* Must be enrolled full-time in a 4-year university/college in one of the following degree programs: Engineering, Engineering Management/Technology, Industrial Distribution/Technology, Automation Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant degrees at the time of application and throughout the program.
* Must have 30 completed semester hours before the start of the internship.
* If a transfer student must have 12 semester hours completed at a 4-year university.
* Minimum 2.8/4.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (no rounding) at current institution.
* Must be able to relocate to indicated work location for the duration of the internship and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation.

* Previous internship, co-op, or research/relevant experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Summary Pay Range:
$25.00 - $43.00
Intern Hour Rate:
An intern's hourly rate is based on the major/degree being pursued and the number of completed academic hours achieved before the start of the internship.
