FNCB Bank was established as a National Banking Association in 1910 as The First National Bank of Dunmore.
1, 1910, 10,000 people came through the doors and the bank opened more than 200 business and savings accounts, offering 3% interest.
In 1930, the bank expanded, adding a wing along Blakely Street and changing the facade of the original building to include a large fan light.
On July 1, 1998, First National Community Bank reorganized into a one-bank holding company - First National Community Bancorp, Inc.
On June 30, 2016 First National Community Bank converted to a state charter and changed their name to FNCB Bank.
In 2016, the bank converted to a state charter and changed its name to FNCB. Today, the bank serves customers at 19 branch locations.
