Dump Person and spotters will play a critical role in directing the safe operation and movement of heavy machinery and vehicle traffic in various construction and industrial operations. Their role is also needed when a vehicle or equipment operator's vision is restricted, or their intended path of travel is obstructed. As most worksites with heavy machinery and equipment are loud and busy, signalers and spotters provide essential communication between equipment operators and ground workers through visual or auditory signals. The agreed-upon signals used between the operator and the designated signaler or spotter help eliminate or minimize the risk of collisions and accidents. This is a safety sensitive position.

The Driver supports BakerTriangle Prefab's operations by safely transporting exterior wall panels and related materials from the manufacturing shop to job sites. Most driving will be local, with occasional day trips to Austin or Houston. Deliveries will primarily be made with an F-550 and a gooseneck trailer (40', 24', or 20'). The driver may also move loads using a tractor within the shop (not on public roads). When delivery demands are low, the Driver assists with shop tasks to support overall operations.
Essential Job Functions
Driving & Deliveries
Safely operate delivery vehicles, primarily an F-550, for local deliveries and occasional day trips.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all delivery vehicles.
Follow designated routes and schedules as directed.
Load and unload wall panels and other construction materials safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate promptly regarding any issues.
Shop Support
Move loads and materials within the shop using a tractor or other equipment.
Assist with receiving, unloading, and staging of materials for panel fabrication.
Support the panel production process by assisting with material handling, organization, and clean-up.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and shop areas.
Assist as needed during periods without deliveries to ensure efficient shop operations.
