Robert Willett has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cognex since 2011. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations. Cognex, a Nasdaq-listed company, is the world leader in the field of industrial machine vision: technology that allows computers to see and which is used in the field of advanced factory automation and robotics to manufacture smart phones, automobiles and medical devices, as well as in logistics for ecommerce fulfillment. Cognex is a technology and growth company with 2,000 employees (who proudly call themselves “Cognoids”) and over $700M in revenue. Robert’s career has focused on growth through innovation, acquisition and global expansion. He has taken two companies through their transition from founder-led businesses to global scale and marketshare leadership. He credits his success to a: strategic focus on critical growth and margin levers; promotion of a work hard, play hard, move fast entrepreneurial culture; experience and success in acquiring and integrating twenty companies and, attention to process improvement.

Chairman and CEO at Intelligent Systems Corp (ISC). Today, the prime focus of ISC is in the fintech industry through its subsidiary company CoreCard Software, which is a proprietary credit card software company for the financial services industry. In the past, ISC partnered with more than 85 emerging companies to turn exciting ideas into exciting companies. Leland became Chairman and CEO of the company when it merged with Quadram Corp. Quadram pioneered the enhancement products industry and was recognized nationally as one of the fastest growing electronics companies in the U.S. at the time.

Luc Seraphin is president and chief executive officer and has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2018. Prior to this role, Luc was the senior vice president and general manager of the Memory and Interface Division, leading the development of the company’s innovative memory architectures and high-speed serial link solutions. Luc also served as the senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Operations where he oversaw sales, business development, customer support and operations across the various business units within Rambus. Luc started his career as a field application engineer at NEC and later joined AT&T Bell Labs, which became Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems (now Avago Technologies). During his 18 years at Avago, Luc held several senior positions in sales, marketing and general management, culminating in his last position as executive vice president and general manager of the Wireless Business Unit. Following this, Luc held the position of general manager of a GPS startup company in Switzerland and was vice president of Worldwide Sales and Support at Sequans Communications. During his career, Luc has advised and supported companies in both the product and IP markets. Luc holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure de Chimie, Physique, Electronique, based in Lyon, France where he majored in Computer Architecture. Luc also holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and has completed the senior executive program of Columbia University.

Alex Bouzari brings more than twenty years of experience in the storage industry and a wealth of knowledge in running profitable, fast growth technology companies. Prior to co-founding DataDirect Networks, Mr. Bouzari served as CEO of Personal Writer, Inc., and co-founder of MegaDrive Systems, Inc. Mr. Bouzari holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering and Economics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), with graduate studies in Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Stanford University.

Robert (Bob) A. Santella is the Chief Executive Officer of IPC. He has an accomplished career in the financial and capital markets spanning over three decades, including extensive experience across asset classes, ecosystem participants and front, middle, back-office trade life-cycle work-flows and systems. Previously, Bob held the position of President of Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) Global Trading Group. As President of this group, he had responsibility for all trading, network, execution, energy and market data businesses. Bob joined FIS at the end of 2015 when FIS acquired SunGard. During his tenure with SunGard, Mr. Santella served as president of various groups focused on trading and brokerage solutions. Bob joined SunGard in 2010 through its acquisition of Fox River Execution Technology, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Fox River, Bob held senior management positions at two alternative asset firms, SAM Investments and RAS Investments. He spent eight years as a senior manager at Price Waterhouse, where he held a senior leadership role within the Personal Financial Planning unit. Bob holds a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He also holds the CPA designation and the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 99 securities registrations. In addition to his passion for the financial industry, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, traveling and cheering for all Philadelphia area sports teams.
