Pay growth
They understand when you need to take time off for family/sick/medical appointments. Just don’t take advantage/be excessive
It was a paycheck.
Management is horrible. You’ll never get a raise or proper treatment. There’s cameras everywhere and no trust. Your talked to horribly. Treated bad as well.
There are none. no perks here. Except being treated poorly. Wondering when it’s your turn to be let go.
The owner of the company does not treat his employees with respect. Lots of cursing going on, talks to you as if you were a piece of dirt under his shoes. All upper management is scared of him so they keep their mouth shut. He only cares about his bottom line, not the well-being of anyone that works for him. Stay as far away as you can from this company!!
They offer Insurance and you get a paycheck. That's it!!
