    The Assistant to the President, Family Advancement position exists to develop relationships with individual constituents, foundations, and corporations for the purpose of having them financially support the ministry; to communicate the vision, mission and initiatives of Focus on the Family, thank donors for their gifts, inform them of our on-going projects and how donors can be financially involved, enhance our friendship through authentic encouragement, serving as a resource for their ministry needs, and discovers and pursues opportunities for giving with potential donors. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Manages an assigned geographic territory and is required to travel to that territory a minimum of 88 days per year Develops new "Friends" of the ministry through a variety of networking events and avenues Speaks on behalf of the ministry at various events, to deepen donor connection and commitment to Focus on the Family Develops and maintains positive relationships with supporters and shows sensitivity and genuine concern without becoming self-serving Develops relationship and giving programs that align donor passions with ministry initiatives. This is a Service Desk Level 1 position and will troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes, documenting resolutions, and following processes and procedures required to correct issues pertaining to End User Services.     The Reports Analyst III Temp position exists to maximize cost efficiency in Relationship Services by analyzing and balancing complex factors related to scheduling and all facets of reporting.
