Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator is part of the Human Resources team. This role contributes to our success by assisting the HR Team with administrative accountabilities, such as in-house full-cycle recruiting/ talent acquisition. Major Duties Include:
Talent
Support and coordinate all phases of the recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding, in partnership with hiring leaders and HR leadership
Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and role expectations to support effective recruiting plans
Source, screen, and review candidates; schedule and conduct preliminary interviews; and present qualified candidates tohiringmanagers
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including calendar invites,logistics, and conference room reservations
Support the offer process by preparing offer documentation and coordinating details such as salary ranges, incentives, and start dates in collaboration with HR leadership
Coordinate and administer pre-employment background checks and testing
Maintain active job postings across job boards, social platforms, and internal FOH career pages, ensuring postingsremaincurrent and aligned with branding
Maintain records of candidate pipelines and talent pools to support future hiring and internal growth opportunities
Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking opportunities
Take ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring everyinteraction reflects FOH culture and values
International Growth & Support
Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment and HR activities related to EU expansion
Assistwith country-specific hiring requirements, onboarding documentation, and coordination with external payroll or employer-of-record providers
Support compliance with EU employment frameworks, including local labor requirements
Help prepare and track employment contracts, fixed-term agreements, and onboarding materials for EU hires
Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure recruitment and HR documentation ismaintainedin compliance with U.S. employment laws and EU data protection requirements
Support audits, reporting, and data requests related to hiring and workforce planning
Assistwith updates to HR policies and procedures as the organization scales internationally
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, as needed
Assist with HRIS maintenance in support of HR initiatives

Provide primary backup to Guest Concierge for breaks and absences

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resourcesor equivalent, preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of exposure to or interest in EU and Mexican recruitment and international HR operations, preferred
Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and compliance requirements
Experience using Applicant Tracking systemsandjob boards
Experience using HRIS platforms, preferred
Knowledge in ADP Workforce now or other HRIS is highly preferred
Proficientin all Microsoft Applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Staff Accountant is part of the Finance & Accounting team. MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
Maintains the general ledger of US (GAAP) and international (IFRS) entities, preparing account reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
In collaboration with the GL Manager, orchestrates the full-cycle accounting and ERP activities of multiple team members and multiple entities to ensure all month end duties are completed on time and on point
Orchestrates the cyclical accounting and SAP Business One activities of multiple team members to ensure all month end duties are completed on time and on point
Supervises treasury, AP, AR and tax functions, their related ledgers and entries and the efficient use of their applicable platforms (Brex, Navan, Airtable, Avalara)
Manages intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities and ensures proper documentation and compliance with transfer pricing policies.
Assists in upholding the integrity of our general ledger by understanding actual vs budget outcomes, researching variances and posting valid accruals accordingly.
Reconciles and electronically documents all balance sheet accounts monthly to ensure audit-readiness
Plays an important role in the preparation of final financial reporting package, leveraging the ERP, FP&A and spreadsheet/database platforms (currently SAP, Datarails and Airtable)
Supports the financial acumen and development of departmental managers by participating in departmental P&L reviews monthly and contributing where applicable
Engages in internal and external audits as needed
Maintains records of core team members' achievements, productivity and development opportunities to prepare and deliver on-time reviews
Processes and approves accurate and timely payroll for core team members. Approves company-wide payroll biweekly.

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resourcesor equivalent, preferred

POSITION SUMMARY: The Staff Accountant is part of the Finance & Accounting team. This role contributes to the success of the company by the integrity and accuracy of all balance sheet and income statement transactions for FOH, Inc and its subsidiaries and related entities. The Staff Accountant supports our vision by leading and synchronizing all daily, weekly and month end activities to deliver financial reporting by the 10th business day of each month.

This role participates in our hybrid schedule
Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Working Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
Maintains the general ledger of US (GAAP) and international (IFRS) entities, preparing account reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
In collaboration with the GL Manager, orchestrates the full-cycle accounting and ERP activities of multiple team members and multiple entities to ensure all month end duties are completed on time and on point
Orchestrates the cyclical accounting and SAP Business One activities of multiple team members to ensure all month end duties are completed on time and on point
Supervises treasury, AP, AR and tax functions, their related ledgers and entries and the efficient use of their applicable platforms (Brex, Navan, Airtable, Avalara)
Manages intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities and ensures proper documentation and compliance with transfer pricing policies.
Assists in upholding the integrity of our general ledger by understanding actual vs budget outcomes, researching variances and posting valid accruals accordingly.
Reconciles and electronically documents all balance sheet accounts monthly to ensure audit-readiness
Plays an important role in the preparation of final financial reporting package, leveraging the ERP, FP&A and spreadsheet/database platforms (currently SAP, Datarails and Airtable)
Supports the financial acumen and development of departmental managers by participating in departmental P&L reviews monthly and contributing where applicable
Engages in internal and external audits as needed
Maintains records of core team members' achievements, productivity and development opportunities to prepare and deliver on-time reviews
Processes and approves accurate and timely payroll for core team members. Approves company-wide payroll biweekly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Accounting
Minimum 5+ years in Accounting or field-related experience
Minimum 3+ year in in leadership and coaching experience
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Proficient in ERP systems, SAP Business One Accounting System
Knowledge of Brex, Avalara, Datarails is preferred
