Provide regular guidance on territory pricing and competitiveness. Training & Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with HVAC industry advancements, product innovations, and competitive offerings. Act as a subject matter expert on value added business topics. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales or territory management experience, preferably within the HVAC industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
