The Personal Shopper Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accurate and efficient shopping and processing of all orders received through Food City's Curbside Pickup service. Other responsibilities include professional communications with customers, various types of payment processing, and excellent order accuracy. Additionally, the Professional Shopper Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding service by the entire Go-Cart team. Essential Job Functions: * Acknowledge, greet, and engage customers with the goal of sharing Curbside Pickup's value proposition. * Check email and/or Microsoft Teams daily about potential sales, reporting, online promotions, or website issues from Corporate Support Center. * Communicate effectively and professionally with Professional Shoppers about sales goals, customer requests/complaints, and opportunities to help grow the department. * Prepare schedule for E-Commerce associates on an orderly and systematic basis. * Train and support Professional Shoppers as needed. * Maintain daily department paperwork for the required three-month period before shredding old information. This includes customer files and daily sales reports. * Maintain accountability for reporting out-of-stock items and planogram corrections to corporate. * Attend external marketing events, as needed, to support store level sales growth. * Accurately and efficiently processing online orders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. #li-dni Qualifications To be a Deli Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market you must: * Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. * Be dependable and reliable * Have and show an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers * Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes, including nights, weekends and holidays. * Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment * Be able to answer phones and take special orders * Must be able to lift/carry product horizontally/vertically weighing up to 70 lbs., from 4" to 60", for a distance up to 20 feet without mechanical assistance for up to 4 hours * Must be able to stand for up to 4 hour continuously, for a total of 8 hours per shift. * Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area (including tables, floor, walls, cases, cooler, freezer, etc.). * Operate a slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment; assisting in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition. * Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations; achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit * Be able to work in different temperature environments (cooler and freezer). * Other related duties as assigned. Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for cutting and merchandising of all fresh meat. * Assist in ordering, receiving and displaying all product. * Grind meat. * Slice meat. * Assist in organizing cooler arrangement and stocking of cooler. * Responsible for rotation of product. * Maintain neat and clean appearance of all display cases. * Maintain good code dates on all product in display cases. * Keep work station and area around work station neat and clean. * Department is to be sanitized and disinfected twice a day. * Provide efficient and courteous service to customers. * Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.
