The Personal Shopper is responsible for the accurate and efficient shopping and processing of all orders received through Food City's Curbside Pickup service. Other responsibilities include professional communications with customers, various types of payment processing, and excellent order accuracy. Essential Job Functions: * Acknowledge, greet, and engage customers with the goal of sharing Curbside Pickup's value proposition. * Accurately and efficiently processing online orders.
