Food Handler/Food Packager (General Laborer)
Come join the Chicago Bruss Team and help make some of the finest fresh meat products available on the market. Applicants will be considered for General Laborer positions as a Food Handler/Food Packager in any department that may include, but are not limited to Top Butt Line, Bone-In Line, Ground Beef, Packaging, Marination and Distribution. As we produce the finest cuts of beef and pork, some positions may require the use of a knife and lifting up to 40 pounds. The production areas range in temperatures of 36 to 42 degrees to insure freshness and to prevent rapid deterioration.
2nd Shift Positions: 2:00pm - 11:00pm (or later. Times may vary)

Principal Accountabilities

- Perform basic math calculations when weighing and packing product
- Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team and Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication
