They perform any and all necessary job functions within the front and back of the house sanitation operations and assist with prep and service work as assigned. High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred. No experience required. Requires knowledge of basic food safety; infection control and sanitation. Serve Safe training may be required, depending on location. ISDOH certification of Food handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some locations. Basic computer skills and knowledge of the CBORD system relative to job responsibilities preferred. Requires ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. Also, requires lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and kneeling.
