Summary of duties:
Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
Complete sweep logs, as directed.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements for our Janitorial Crew Positions:
Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals, sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)

KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. Specific responsibilities:
Responsible for a specialized production area, which may include:

Ensure all modified diet needs are met per physician order to include thickened liquids, pureed diet, and soft and bite sized diet.
Assist residents with eating as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen at all times. This is demonstrated by:
Cleaning as you go (during meal preparation and throughout the day, do not allow dishes to pile up or cooking area to become cluttered)
Keeping the pantries clean and well organized
Cleaning the refrigerators daily and keep well organized
Cleaning the freezers daily and keep well organized
Clean and degreased ovens and cooktops
Use clean washcloths throughout the day to keep counter tops and cooking surfaces sterile

Responsible for performing set-up and tear-down duties before and after events in the Resch Center and Resch Expo.
Job Duties:
Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
Performs set-up duties before an event such as setting up tables, erecting hockey dashers, laying down the basketball floor, installing the ice rink, etc.
Performs tear-down duties after an event such as tearing down the hockey dashers, tables, chairs, curtains, etc.
Places all equipment in respective storage areas after an event is torn down.
Assists the clean-up crew in various cleaning activities in the Complex, as needed.
Responsible for following, observing, and participating in all Company related safety programs, procedures, and training, as well as reporting potentially unsafe procedures.
Approximately three to six months of related work experience necessary to gain a full understanding of show set-up and custodial operations.
Analytical skills necessary to place necessary equipment according to a floor plan.
Interpersonal skills essential when interacting with Supervisor, Company Staff and outside exhibitors and vendors.
This position will include interaction with facility patrons and guests, so personal appearance is crucial. Face should be free of jewelry.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to operate a drill press, skill and table saws and hand tools.
Ability to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.
Requires full range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity to operate hand tools, and eye-hand coordination to operate machinery.
Requires standing, climbing, bending, and walking for extensive periods of time.
Frequently handles and lifts, carries, or pulls items weighing up to 100 pounds.

Assists in preparing foods according to approved menus and recommended recipes as directed by the Cook. Serves all residents in accordance with physician's orders in as much as residents are accepting of direction to follow diet order. Cleans dining areas on units after meal service is complete. Serves to facility employees, volunteers and visitors according to established procedures. Assists with the preparation and dishing up of salads, desserts and nourishments according to approved menus and needs of the residents as directed by the Cook and/or Director of Food Services. Assists with keeping resident diet cards and resident dietary information updated with physician orders, dietitian recommendations and resident food preferences as directed by the Director of Food Services. Assists with accurately updating the nourishment/supplement lists for residents as directed. Assists in the preparation and service of food for meetings, activities, and/or special events as directed. Delivers nourishments and other items to the nursing units as directed. Cleans and sanitizes all areas in the kitchen including floors, equipment, storage areas, dishes, and other areas as directed. Works in dishwashing room as assigned. Disposes of garbage as assigned. Practices proper food handling, sanitation, and safety. Receives and stores food and supplies as assigned. Signs invoices as directed. May perform duties of Food Service Worker II and Cook with proper qualifications and subject to direction by Director of Food Services.
