Food prep:

Cleanliness:

Stock:
Maintain inventory stocking and records of food and supplies.

Strictly follow FIFO - Frist In, First Out order. To label food items with the dates and put the older foods in front or on top so that you use them first.
Monitor Knife Count: All sharp objects and knives are to be counted and recorded on the knife record.
Safety:

We are currently seeking Professional Fine Dining Prep Cook candidates who will dedicate themselves to this purpose in joining our exceptional team of culinary professionals. Successful prep cook candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years' previous culinary experience, experience in preparing culinary products, and cooking in high-volume environments. Job Description
Responsibilities:

Operate equipment and serve products in the Food/ Juice Bar area, this includes preparing juices, coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies, etc.
