Assume responsibility for collecting and washing dishes and silverware. 2. Ensure that all dishes and silverware are clean and stored properly at the end of the day. 3. Understand and practice high standards of safety regulations and sanitation standards. 4. Assume responsibility in the daily cleanup of dishwashing machine, dish room, and other assigned areas. 5. Communicate and relate well to students and staff. 6. Run the a la carte window or cash register during the lunch period when assigned. 7. Set up serving lines, serve lunches, and assist in food preparation when assigned. 8. Enter lunch usage and payments into Skyward computer program. 9.
