Many of these commitments in Asia have been generated by Lever Foundation and the colleagues you will be working with. Cage-free eggs are far more humane for animals, are much higher in food safety for consumers, and have become an important part of many companies' corporate sustainability pledges.
In this role with Lever Foundation, you will help educate more companies on the sustainability, animal welfare, and economic benefits of making this supply chain shift. You will provide industry updates, connect these companies with potential suppliers, and provide other resources to help them understand and make progress on the issue. In order to identify and engage new food companies, you will do online research, write and send emails, make calls, and conduct visits and meetings with companies.

Experience:
2-3 years of closely related culinary experience
Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
Must be able to adapt to changes in new menu items and cooking techniques
Must have knowledge of weights, measures, and various cooking techniques
Requires a working knowledge of restaurant control systems, such as prep chart, pull charts, and recipe conversions
Requires the ability to lift and or move up to 40lbs

Work on multiple positions and perform various job functions in the store during each shift
Operates a variety of kitchen equipment, knives, utensils, hot plates, measures and mixes ingredients, washes and prepares fruits and vegetables
Assists with quality control of all products by monitoring freshness of product daily
Participation in ongoing training, development, and learning
Comply with store operations standards and policies and follow all cash handling protocols and food safety standards
Maintain a clean environment and perform any necessary cleaning tasks in the store
Consistently arrive on time to work
Ability to work flexible hours that may include weekends, early mornings, late nights, and/or holidays s
Frequently work in a hot environment
