Responsibilities: Typically include a variety of tasks related to the care and upkeep of outdoor spaces. Some common responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate lawn mowers cutting at specific lengths to ensure even and neat mowing patterns
Use trimmers and edgers to maintain clean and well-defined edges
Remove mulch from beds and prep as needed for new mulch
Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and other plant material
Use trimmers and pruners to maintain the shape and size of shrubs, bushes, and trees
Perform general spring and fall clean-ups to ensure a tidy lawn and landscape
Requirements/Qualifications:
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of lawn care and landscaping practices
Be a reliable individual who shows to work on time and performs their duties to a high standard
Have a valid drivers license
The ability to work effectively as a team member
Have efficient time management skills

A Snow Crew Member is a flexible schedule position that allows you to work when you are available (on-call, as needed). Snow shovelers are responsible for snow removal with either a manual shovel or snow removal equipment.
