This is a Full-Time position located in the Food & Beverage Department with variable/flexible working hours to include weekends, holidays and overtime as required. Benefits will be offered after successful completion of a sixty (60) day introductory period. Rate of pay for this position is $15.00 per hour. Job Requirements:
Clean and maintain equipment in Dishwashing, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Compactor, Storage areas.
Assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment.
Help with set up for functions.
Retrieve and wash soiled wares.
Transport supplies and food to service areas and assist the Kitchen with plating up of meals.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply/storage closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; clean floors; remove items which do not belong and place in correct areas.
Transport garbage containers from Kitchen and work areas to Dumpster; empty and clean.
Adhere to all Health Department, sanitation and safety regulations as required by the hotel.
Organize and restock work areas for next shift.
All other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Memphis and Shelby county health codes; ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with conflicting deadlines and numerous interruptions; ability to maintain confidentiality; reading skills to understand and interpret regulations, policies and procedures; ability to put out stock as directed by manager and or supervisor; knowledge of restaurants stock and equipment; skill to operate and maintain restaurant equipment in assigned restaurant; ability to work and maintain a safe work area; ability to follow operating procedures on equipment in a safe manner.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stoop, reach, walk and stand for long periods; ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs; speak clearly and distinctly.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Uniform is required; hair net must be worn; must follow and have knowledge of health codes and requirements.

Position Overview: In this lively support role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:
- Show off your organization skills by prioritizing and completing tasks, which if not done could jeopardize the stores operation!
- Be by the book, with sanitation, food, and safety standards.
- Foster a welcoming environment, were every guest is special, all areas are neat, and all pizzas are the very best they can be.
"Front of House"
- Master all stations, preparing pizzas, handling transactions, making menu suggestions to enhance guests experience.
- Share specials, add-on sales, loyalty and other beneficial programs with guests.
- Go the extra step to open the door or carry pizzas out to guests' cars to demonstrate the care Papa Murphy's has for the community.
- Follow proper transaction procedures for all methods of tender.
"Back of House"
- Master the Papa Murphy's standards for safely operating, and cleaning all equipment.
- Follow all procedures for making, prepping, storing, rotating all products to ensure quality.
- Perform the duties of the runner or dish person as whenever necessary.

Other requirements:
- Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work.
