Key Responsibilities
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment using machine and manual cleaning methods.
Ensures the kitchen and service areas are kept clean, organized, and ready for efficient operation.
Operates dishwashing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Hand-washes delicate items and larger kitchen tools as necessary.
Ensures all washed items are spotless, free of food particles, and properly dried before storage.
Properly stores cleaned items in designated areas.
Maintains cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Organizes and restocks cleaning supplies as needed.
Assists kitchen staff with basic foodpreparation tasks during busy periods.
Disposes of kitchen waste and garbage according to the restaurant standards.
Ensures all equipment and facilities are used and maintained safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Works closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely turnaround of dishware and utensils.
Communicates effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
Participates in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
Complete safety training and certifications.

Qualifications
Hospitality oriented

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining areas while supporting the wait staff and kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Clearing and resetting tables promptly to ensure efficient turnover and cleanliness.
Supporting servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining areas and assisting with any additional requests from guests.
Ensuring all necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments are stocked and readily available for guests and staff.
Performing regular cleaning tasks in the dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
Helping kitchen staff with tasks such as running food orders, organizing dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
At the end of every closing shift secure all items and storage areas.
Complete closing duties.
Prepare daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the manager.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
Hospitality oriented
Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Technical food and beverage knowledge and expertise.
Fully bilingual ( English and Spanish)
