Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations. Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas. Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks. Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen including but not limited to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep. Work to support the team during peak and off peak service, by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary. Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time. Arrives appropriately dressed and ready to work on time. All other duties as assigned. What We'll Need From You Prep or line cook experience is a plus. Ability to work holidays, even if their regular scheduled days do not fall on the holiday. Physical requirements: You must be able to do heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and remain on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time.
