Food Service Crew Member Responsibilities: * Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service. * Set up and break down meals and events. * Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions. * Relay orders and serve with attention to detail. Hospitality Crew Member Responsibilities: * Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces. * Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests. * Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory. * Support special events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
