Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of grill cooking techniques, including temperature control and timing.
Familiarity with various cuts of meat, seafood, and vegetables, and the ability to cook them to desired levels of doneness.
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold is present in a kitchen environment.
