Performs a wide variety of simple serving and cleaning tasks under general supervision. Performance is evaluated on compliance with instructions, accepted serving practices, customer service skills, and sanitary requirements. • Performs a wide variety of manual tasks in kitchen or dining area according to established procedures. • Serves food on serving lines in accordance with required serving portions. • Replaces glassware, dishes and silverware and refills condiment containers. • Wipes and washes tables and countertops. • Cleans work area, removes garbage, mops floors, washes walls, windows and tables. Maintains cleanliness in restrooms and the exterior of building. • Mixes washing solutions and operates electric dish washing machine; loading and unloading, and/or washes dishes, glassware, pots and pans and kitchen utensils by hand.
