Are you great in the kitchen? Have you always wanted to be a baker? Is working with sweets your passion? If so this position is for you! SEEK Careers and Staffing has partnered with a client in search of a Food Production Associates in a commercial bakery.
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – *shift is typically 8-10 hours and you will be given weekly schedule
1st Shift (Start time between 6am-8am to 2:30pm-4:30pm)
2nd Shift (Start time between 3:30pm-6pm to 11:30pm-2:30am)
3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am)
STARTING PAY – $16, $17, $18/hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonuses
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None
Responsibilities
- Working on a conveyor belt moving food product
- Must be able to do repetitive tasks
- Work in a temperature controlled environment
- To produce a wholesome product, that is free from any possible contamination, in compliance with quality standards and Specifications.
- Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to policies. Assures that all Good Manufacturing Practices take place, before, and during the process.
- Makes SAFETY a priority, while carrying out his /her daily activities. Reports any unsafe acts or conditions to immediate superior Inspects equipment prior to start mixing to ensure that is in working condition and free of any foreign material.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Inform upper Management of any problems that cannot be solved in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be safety minded and aware of surroundings
