Overview The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at concession stands, ensuring quick and efficient service while maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately during high-volume events. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce alcohol regulations. Process cash and card transactions using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies. Ensure proper portion control and responsible alcohol service. Engage with customers professionally and provide excellent customer service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and reporting shortages. Qualifications Previous bartending experience, especially in high-volume settings, preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (cases of beverages, kegs, ice bins). Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
