Desert Mountain Club has moved from a gratuity-based wage structure to a higher flat-dollar wage structure for all hourly Food & Beverage positions. Our bussers will start at $19.50 per hour or more depending on experience. This is a guaranteed year-round wage, based on hours worked, without fluctuations in pay due to business levels or seasonality. Set tables with clean linens, china, silverware and glassware with attention to proper positioning of each. Remove dirty dishes from dining room and carry them to the dishwashing area.
