A Guest Experience Associate - Barista at Bada Bean Bada Booze is responsible for providing hospitable service while crafting specialty coffee beverages and creating an excellent experience for our guests from the moment they enter the building until the moment they leave. Craft drinks that suit our guests' needs and preferences.
Stay relevant in the coffee industry and be aware of new trends.
Inventory Management:
Take a proper inventory at the start of each shift to assure preparedness for a busy day.
Restock and replenish inventory as the shift progresses.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and procedures.
Date and label all food products. Always remember FIFO, first in first out.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain a flexible and focused approach in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Ensure that the café environment satisfies all five senses: good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibin' atmosphere.
Assure the space is always clean and ready for health inspections.
Teamwork and Leadership:
Be a rad co-worker, teammate, and leader in all situations, and feel empowered to make decisions.
Support associates as needed and help cover shifts when necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the café.

Check 7Shifts Announcements, Messages, and Outlook inboxes at the start of each shift to be aware of any changes or updates to the daily operations.
Use 7Shifts to communicate with coworkers, trade shifts, and request off shifts.
Note: This role may involve additional responsibilities not listed here. The Guest Experience Manager may delegate tasks but is ultimately responsible for their completion and success. The role requires adaptation to dynamic business needs and collaboration with various teams for overall success.
