What you'll do as a Dining Facility Attendant:
Perform a variety of routine, unskilled and semi-skilled custodial/cleaning work while maintaining the assigned facility clean.

Experience:
One to two years working in coffee shop or food service establishment responsible for preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, expresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks. Previous experience as a Barista preferred.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
* Greets customers/students, take orders, mixes and serves hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc. while following approved recipes.
* Ability to operate all coffee kiosk equipment
* Works to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages and food items.
* Arrange coffee kiosk supplies to make attractive displays.
* Maintain coffee kiosk in a neat and sanitary manner
* Cleans coffee machines, blenders, bean grinders, kiosk areas and food preparation areas.
* Records all sales, collects money, operates a cash register and follows all departmental cash handling procedures as required.
* Complies with CNS HACCP policies and procedures
* May sell food items
* Attends training programs as designated.
* Assist Kitchen Manager with weekly inventories.
* May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
