PCSI is looking for Dining Facility Attendant on Ft. Hood to work Weekends and Parttime. This position performs a variety of routine, unskilled and semi-skilled custodial/cleaning work in the Dining Facility, including wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, load and unload dishes from the dishwasher, utilizing a ladder to clean window and overhead vents. Typical work hours: Morning Shift: 7:30am-1:30pm, PM shift 1:30pm-8:30pm, weekend shift 9:30am-7:30pm. What you'll do as a Dining Facility Attendant: Perform a variety of routine, unskilled and semi-skilled custodial/cleaning work while maintaining the assigned facility clean. Empty and dispose of garbage into dumpsters, as well as place new trash bags in bin(s). Mix water and chemicals to create solutions used for daily cleaning according to Safety Data Sheets. Complete cleaning tasks using developed cleaning SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) including designated processes, materials and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure they function properly, Keep carts, caddies and storage closets and cabinets orderly Qualifications and Skills Regularly required to stand and walk, and frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must frequently squat, stoop or kneel, reach above the head and reach forward. Lift and carry up to 25 lbs, and may require occasional lifting and or moving up to 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
