JOB SUMMARY The Food Service Expeditor is responsible for efficiently managing the preparation and assembly of food orders received through an online ordering system, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and first-class customer service. This position collaborates closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, maintain food quality and safety standards, and uphold excellent customer satisfaction. The Food Expo will check for accuracy on menu items, temperature, modifiers, sides, sauces, condiments, plates, and overall presentation, while using professional and courteous communication. Overall, this role is critical in providing a seamless online ordering experience through attentive order management, quality control, and teamwork.
