Join Our Team as Barback - Keep the Bar Running Smoothly and Efficiently Barbacks are responsible for ensuring bartenders have everything they need to operate efficiently during service. This includes restocking inventory, preparing service areas, maintaining cleanliness, and being a critical support throughout the shift. Barbacks at Horsefeather work closely with bartenders and the bar manager and play a key role in the overall flow and success of the beverage program.
