The Barback is responsible for the designated service area and to assist bar/service staff with set-up and clean up of all areas. Must be able to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures. Responsible for assisting the bartenders in mixing drink orders for patrons. Responsible for cleaning designated areas, in accordance with policies and procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements.
