Food Service Crew Member Responsibilities: Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service. Set up and break down meals and events. Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions. Relay orders and serve with attention to detail. Hospitality Crew Member Responsibilities: Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces. Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests. Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory. Support special events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
