Request identification of guests who order alcoholic beverages according to restaurant, state, and local policies. Be aware and knowledgeable of guests' sobriety and communicate with the general manager of potential issues. Be responsible for supporting and executing Fiorella's marketing promotions and birthday club. Inform guests of new products, promotions and specials. Maintain positive and effective communication among team members regarding all relevant information, special considerations or concerns pertaining to guests. Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the manager on duty. Effectively keep a working knowledge of supplies and inventory par levels for items necessary to maintain a prepared bar area creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Communicate health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management. Adhere to the restaurant guidelines of food, safety, and sanitation provided by the health department. Understand all policies, procedures, and service standards of the restaurant. Attend all informational and team building meetings to continue expanding my knowledge and skills.
