The Food Runner ensures our Guests receive an experience that will exceed expectations by delivering food to visual standard and to timing standards. Purpose
The Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.

Maintain inventory and restock supplies:

Assist with inventory counts and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
Replenish bar supplies as needed, such as ice, straws, and napkins.
Clean and maintain the bar area:
Clear empty glassware and used utensils from the bar and tables.
Clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Empty and maintain cleanliness of trash and recycling bins.
Provide exceptional customer service:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, such as recommending drinks or providing menu information.
Collaborate with the bartenders and waitstaff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
