The Expeditor, or “Expo” in restaurant talk, is an essential position for the function of a restaurant. Physical Demands:
Must be able to work on their feet for periods of up to 3 hours at a time
Requires frequent crouching, bending, lifting and carrying
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds without undue strain
Requires repetitive hand and wrist motions
Requires frequent use of illuminated screens
Work Environment:
Mixologists are expected to be able to work during any hours of operation, generally from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM daily. Work is sometimes performed around potentially hazardous equipment including countertop ovens, deli slicers, and espresso machines. The Lobby Bar team is a small team, and each team member has the opportunity to contribute ideas toward our seasonal, event and other special menus.
The Lobby Bar is owned and operated by Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzerias.
