Requirements REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is typically required. In-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques. Strong understanding of various types of alcoholic beverages, including wine, spirits, beer, and liqueurs. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner. Professional and polished appearance, with attention to detail in presentation and drink preparation. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of drink orders. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and delivering timely service. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the bar team, waitstaff, and kitchen staff. Knowledge of wine pairing and appreciation is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy boxes or kegs when necessary. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with legal drinking age verification. RBS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is required.
