Responsibilities
Lead hands-on training and coaching for Favored livestream hosts, with a primary focus on improving live performance and driving GMV/hr.
Support the Head of Livestream with host performance, readiness, and development, providing strong influence on host evaluations, show assignments, and growth pathways.
Coach hosts across the full lifecycle of a show:
Pre-show: preparation, product understanding, run-of-show alignment, brand tone, and selling strategy
Live: real-time feedback, performance adjustments, pacing, energy, and audience engagement
Post-show: performance reviews, GMV/hr analysis, and targeted improvement plans
Partner with production to deliver host coaching in a way that supports show flow and operational needs.
Participate in host onboarding, including skills assessment, baseline performance evaluation, and early-stage coaching.
Develop and execute remediation plans for underperforming hosts, including structured coaching goals, timelines, and progress tracking.
Provide brand-specific delivery coaching, ensuring hosts understand how to adapt tone, cadence, and selling approach by brand, while supplying supplemental product knowledge as needed.
Collaborate with the Head of Livestream to define and evolve host performance standards, best practices, and expectations.
Create and maintain training documentation, playbooks, and coaching materials to support consistent host performance across brands.
Identify performance trends across hosts and brands, surfacing insights and recommendations to improve overall livestream effectiveness.
