Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transactions; ring up order and follow proper cash handling techniques.
Follow proper void/refund procedures. Process coupons and gift certificates with the assistance of immediate supervisor.

Learn to complete operating and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter and dicer if needed. Make all products following the portion charts or job aids within the average time as described in the Papa Murphy's "Performance Standards".
Store and rotate all products before and after prepping to ensure quality.
Mix dough to recipe and dough balls to standard when/if necessary.
Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard.
Perform the duties of the runner (restock person) or dish person as directed by immediate supervisor.

Barback Duties
Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner, deferring to the Lead Bartender or General Manager, when necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist with batching cocktails if/when batches are running low.
Assist with preparing house syrups, infusions, and other homemade ingredients.
Check with and assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas in accordance with federal, state, local and company codes.
Extend a courteous, friendly, and professional greeting to guests as they arrive, and to thank them as they depart.
Be familiar with company beverage menu and drink recipes.
Review and verify previous shift's inventory, at the beginning of every shift.
Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of equipment to minimize breakage.
