The Dodger Blue Team Crew Member will serve as an ambassador to the Los Angeles Dodgers brand and support the execution of in-stadium entertainment, concourse activations, ticket package distribution and off-site community events. Blue Crew Team Members will bring the spirit of the Dodger brand to life through fun, memorable interactions with stadium and event guests. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Always Represent the Los Angeles Dodgers brand in a professional and upbeat manner Facilitate on field pre-game ceremonies and in-game sponsor activations Escort pre-game guests around the ballpark Set-up and facilitate performances, interactive games, photo ops, autograph signings and other activations in the newly renovated Centerfield Plaza Area and throughout the ballpark. The Role The Bartender delivers exceptional, precise beverage service with enthusiasm in a sophisticated, high-volume environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Elevated Service & Execution Deliver sharp, efficient guest service with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive, self-assured approach. Demonstrate comprehensive, confident knowledge of all cocktail recipes, food menus, and the selection of spirits, wine, and beer. Flow & Infrastructure Maintain clean, organized, and stocked bar stations at all times. Manage all transactions using the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Complete opening, closing, and side work duties and follow cash handling and reporting procedures accurately Team & Compliance Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and state/local alcohol service regulations, as well as Health & Safety. Perform additional support tasks and duties to assist coworkers or as requested by leaders. QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant or cocktail bar environment is strongly preferred. Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods throughout a shift.
